Travelling with pets on our route
Norfolkline ferries is part of the Pet Passport Scheme so you can take your pet on any of our ships.
Making a reservation for travel with pets must be made via our call centre
If you are travelling with a pet this must be declared at the time of booking and in advance of travel.
Pet fares
Prices for pet travel are £15 / €17.50 one way or £30/ €35 return.
Conditions
- Kennel accommodation must be booked for your pet, and as only 5 kennels are available onboard these must be booked in advance of travel.
- Owners or guardians are required to have their pet’s valid health documents with them while traveling (EU citizens are additionally required to have their EU Pet passport) and follow all entry regulations.

- Pets are not allowed indoors on the vessel (bar, restaurant and other public areas etc.)
- When walking on open deck, pets are required to wear a muzzle and must be kept on a leash, accompanied by the pet owner or guardian.
- The pet owner or guardian is fully responsible for the care and safety and hygiene of the pet observing all laws and regulations related to the above.
- You may visit your pet in the kennel twice per crossing. To access the kennel's please ask at the reception desk onboard. The kennels are located on deck 5 on the exterior of the vessel.
- Pet kennel size is 48 inches / 121 cm long x 32 inches / 81 cm wide x 35 inches / 89 cm high
