- Ferry sailing time is approximately 20 hours
- Passengers are advised to check departure times 24 hours before sailing
- Passenger check-in in Zeebrugge is open from 14h30 until 17h00 (local time).
- Passenger check-in in Rosyth is open from 14h00 until 16h00 (local time).
- Check-in desks will close 1 hour before the departure of the ship. Passengers who arrive after this time will not be permitted to board the ship and will forfeit their ticket - no refund or free transfer will apply.
- All passengers must produce identification in the form of a valid passport or valid photographic EU national identity card at the Norfolkline check-in.
- Passengers with any special needs or requirements are advised to call the Norfolkline call centre in advance of travel to ensure that appropriate arrangements are made.
