Ferry sailing time is approx 8 hours on day and night Sailings
Passengers are advised to check departure times 24 hours before sailing
Passenger check-in opens 2 hours before the ship’s scheduled departure time
Check-in desks will close 1 hour before the departure of the ship. Passengers who arrive after this time will not be permitted to board the ship and will forfeit their ticket - no refund or free transfer will apply.
Passengers with any special needs or requirements are advised to call the Norfolkline call centre in advance of travel to ensure that appropriate arrangements are made.
