Facilities onboard DFDS Seaways' Newcastle-Amsterdam cruise ferries

DFDS's cruise ferry service between Newcastle and Amsterdam by two very special ships, the m.s. King of Scandinavia and the m.s. Princess of Norway.

A wide range of facilities are available onboard to ensure you can relax and enjoy your time onboard.

• The m.s. King of Scandinavia can accommodate over 1,500 people, and has a wide range of things to see and do onboard, with numerous bars, restaurants, shops and even a casino. Originally built in 1987, it underwent extensive renovation in 2006 and is a perfect place to relax and unwind on board one of DFDS Seaways' 'floating hotels'.
• The m.s. Princess of Norway is the King of Scandinavia's sister ship. It can accommodate over 1,350 people, and features an excellent range of restaurants, bars and entertainment with our very own dance troupe. Built in 1986, this ship was renovated in 2006 when it joined the DFDS Seaways fleet to bring it up to the high standards that we require for our customers.
